4 Thick Slices White Bread 4 Thick Slices Tasso Ham 2 Hard Boiled Eggs Peanut Butter Apple Jelly Cayenne Pepper Butter

Toast bread slices. In cast iron skillet, lightly fry the ham slices. Spread softened butter on 2 slices of the toast, then place 2 slices of ham on them.
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter on top of the ham, work quickly as the pb will melt a little on the hot meat. Sprinkle cayenne pepper liglty on the peanut butter.
Top with sliced hard boiled egg. Lighlty spread the remaining 2 slices of toast with apple jelly and place on top of the sandwich bottoms.
