Apple & Chicken Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS . 2 tablespoons nonfat mayonnaise . 2 tablespoons apricot spreadable fruit jelly or apple jelly . 1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained . 1/4 cup coarsely chopped apple . 2 lettuce leaves . 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Pumpernickel Bread or Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS Stir the mayonnaise and spreadable fruit in a small bowl. Stir in the chicken and apple.
Arrange the lettuce on the bread slices. Divide the chicken mixture between the bread slices.
