4 celery stalks, 1 Bunch green onions, 1 green bell pepper, 1 yellow onion, 1 32oz can tomatoes, 1 32oz tomato sauce, 1 1/2 cup water, 1tsp hot sauce, 1 tbs old bay, 1tsp itialian seasoning, 5 drops worcestershire sauce, 3tbs minced garlic, salt to taste, 16oz smoked sausage cut up into quarters, 8 chicken tenderloins, 1lb shrimp, cuban bread

Chop & dice onions, bell pepper, parsley and celery & then sauté in olive oil until tender. Put sauted ingredients in large pot and add tomatoes, water and seasonings. Simmer on low while cooking sausage and chicken in frying pan. Then add chicken and sausage to wet ingredients and bring to a boil. Then add shrimp and bring to a boil. Boil for five minutes then turn off heat and let sit fit 30 minutes. Slice bread and toast. Then add gumbo to top of Cuban bread and enjoy!
