Bratwurst Pizza

2 packages brats 2 packages croissants 1 medium onion ketchup mustard relish (optional) 1 can sauerkraut (drained) 1 8oz. package cheese
|
Drain sauerkraut for a good hour, otherwise the coissants will be mushy.
Cut the brats up and saute until done (You can boil the brats in beer first if you choose.)
Press the croissants into a pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees F. for 5 minutes or until just puffed.
Add ketchup and mustard and spread around, top with rest of ingredients and bake until cheese is melted and desired browness.
