Buffalo Chicken Pizza Pie

1 Sourdough Pizza Dough 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (cooked) 1 tsp. Sweet Paprika 1 tsp. Chili Powder 2 Tbls. Butter 1/2 Cup Cayenne Pepper Sauce 4 Scallions (sliced thin) 1/2 lb. Blue Cheese 1 Small Red Onion (sliced thin)

Shred the cooked chicken breast and marinate in mixture of butter and cayenne pepper sauce.
Form the dough into the desired shape, slather with oil and cook untopped at 425 degrees F. for 3-5 minutes.
Remove dough from the oven and spread a small amount of cayenne pepper sauce on the dough. Add red onion, chicken, Mozzarella, followed by blue cheese and scallions.
Cook at 425 degrees F. for 7-10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Remove from the oven and let stand for 2-4 minutes before enjoying.
