CHICKEN PESTO & PEPPER SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS . 1/2 cup prepared pesto sauce . 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound) . 4 slices mozzarella cheese . 4 Pepperidge FarmĀ® Classic Sandwich Buns with Sesame Seeds . Lettuce . 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained

INSTRUCTIONS Reserve about 4 teaspoons pesto sauce for sandwiches.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken for 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with the remaining pesto sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Top the warm chicken with the cheese.
Spread the reserved pesto sauce on the top bun halves. Place the lettuce on the bottom bun halves. Top with the chicken, peppers and top bun halves.
