Easy Deep Dish Pizza

3 c. BisQuick biscuit mix
3/4 c. water
15 ounce can pizza sauce
1 lb. browned, drained ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 1/2 ounce canned mushrooms
1/2 chopped green pepper
8 oinces mozarella cheese

Combine biscuit mix & water to form soft dough. Knead about 20 times (flour your hands). Put dough into grease 9x13 pan and pull sides up to make an edge.
Spread pizza sauce over dough, add meat and other ingredients, cheese last.
Bake about 20 minutes at 425 degrees or until crust is golden brown.
Note* toppings may be substituted by your favorites, including pepperoni.
