Heat a little olive oil in a large fry pan. Make a small ball of pizza dough, flatten in hands to 1/2 inch thickness add pizza dough to pan sprinkle with salt,lightly brown one side then the other add some shredded cabbage pieces and turn,when cabbage starts to brown and appears sauteed add an egg and turn as to mix in on both sides.you can slightly brown egg.all this process only takes a few minutes from the start to finish.remove and allow to stand a moment.then just start tearing it apart and eating with fingers or a fork.really simple tasty food i thought up and enjoy. instead of the ball of pizza you can make tiny balls and add them all to the pan all at once as to stick together then cook and make the same recipe.
