Potatoes, peeled and sliced into circles
Canola oil (or whatever cooking oil you prefer)
Bread
Yellow mustard
|
Fry your potato circles until golden brown and drain well. Sprinkle with salt and/or pepper to taste, then place on bread that has been slathered with mustard. This is something my gramma used to make me when I was a child, and every once in a blue moon I still make one for myself :) I hope you enjoy.
