Can of Tuna Lots of Crushed Black Pepper Crushed Sea Salt Garlic Herb & Rosemary Seasoning Enough Mayonaise 1/2 - 3/4 Scraped Onion Onion Juice Table Spoon of Cranberry Sauce 1/2 Tea Spoon of Mint Sauce Splash of Lea & Perrins Splash of Vinegar Tiniest possible drop of Tartar Sauce More Crushed Black Pepper

Place ingredients into a bowl.
Mix together with a fork adding even more Crushed Black Pepper
On top
Nicely Sliced Tomatoes, De-cored & Seeded. finely sliced into but not enough to cut through or fall apart, season with crushed sea salt/ black pepper & Garlic and rosemary seasoning and one drop of vinegar to each tomato and place on top of tuna mix add another 1/4 of an onion to the top of the tomatoes cut into outrageously thin and small slices.
Cover with foil and leave in fridge overnight.
Voila..
Once ready lightly toast the bread until a little crispy.. place the tuna mix on 2/3rds of the slice of bread and 2 slices of the tomato onto the other third.
