The Best Egg Salad Sandwich Egg Salad |

6 hard cooked eggs at room temp 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or amount to your liking salt, to taste white pepper, (No subsitutes) to taste
|
Finely chop the hard cooked eggs. I use a pastry tool for this.
Add the mayonnaise, salt and white pepper. Do not subsitute black pepper as the taste will not be the same.
When you taste this egg salad made with 4 simple ingredients, you will wonder why you ever added anything else. Please try it!
