Truffled Grilled Choice
A new twist on an old classic |

2 slice of organic whole wheat bread,
da Rosario 100% Organic White Truffle Butter 2oz
2oz of fontina cheese,
2 slices of pancetta.
|
Press the pancetta between 2 sheets of paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds or until crisp; set aside.
Take the bread and on each side spread 1 espresso spoon of white truffle butter.
Add the sliced fontina on top of each slice and put the pancetta on top of one slice.
Close the sandwich and with a teaspoon of regular salted butter in a warm sauté pan grill the sandwich on both sides until you see the cheese melting. About 5-7 minutes. Slice in ½ and enjoy.
