Tuna Delight Healthy Sandwich Full of Flavor! |

2 cans solid white tuna, drained and flaked 1 1/2 Tbls. sweet relish 2 Tbls. shredded carrot 1/8 cup chopped celery 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1 Tbls. dill weed 4 slices 100% whole wheat bread
|
Combine tuna, relish, lemon juice, carrot and celery in bowl. Mix well.
Top 1/4 mixture on slice of bread.
Arrange cucumbers on top, do not layer.
Sprinkle some dill weed on top.
To make it even more attractive arrange a few carrot shreds in the middle.
This sandwich is fat-free minus the bread, which has only a few grams of fat.
