Wyo Burger Done Right Hamburger |

1-lbs. Hamburger 1-lbs Elk Burger 4-eggs 1- yellow onion cheeses pepper jack cheddar kolby Ham slices Turkey slices bacon Salt pepper Favorite bbq sauce Tomatoe
|
dice 1/2 an onion
mix 1 egg elk burger hamburger and 1/2 diced onion salt and pepper to taste
mix well
form 3-5 pattys based on hunger and desired thickness
Cover burger with bbq sauce
Cook hamburger pattys on each side on high till desired char on both sides
finish in oven on 375 till hamburger is cooked to desired preference
While hamburger is in oven chop rest of onion into long strips and sautee onion untill golden brown
Cook bacon and heat ham and turkey slices till done
cook remaining eggs to desired doneness
Toast buns
Take toasted bun set on plate
Add sauteed oninions and 1 slice of cheese
add burger tomatoe and one more slice of cheese
add egg ham turkey bacon and last slice of cheese
top with other bun and enjoy
