A Great Sauce For Baked Ham Raisin Sauce |

l/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar l Tbls. corn starch l-l/2 tsp. dry mustard l/4 tsp. ground cloves 2 Tbls. lemon juice l cup water l/4 cup raisins l Tbls. margarine

l. Combine sugar, cornstarch, mustard and cloves.
2. Blend in remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth.
3. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring. Simmer 10 minutes - low flame.
Note: This is a great sauce to serve with Baked Ham.
