Barbeque Sauce Use your Blender to make this barbeque sauce |

1/2 cup/125 mL chopped onions
1/2 cup/125 mL orange juice
1/4 cup/60 mL soy sauce or tamari
1/4 cup/60 mL cider vinegar
1/4 cup/60 mL tomato paste
2 Tbsp/30 mL molasses
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp/2 mL dried thyme
1/2 tsp/2 mL pepper

Put all ingredients into the blender container. Blend until smooth. Transfer the sauce to a saucepan. Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes, or until a bit thickened. Seal tightly and refrigerate.
