Beef Marinade (Tenderizer)

1 cup red wine
1 cup apple juice
1 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbls. basil
|
Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag.
Place steaks to be tenderized into the bag and lay flat in the refrigerator for a 2-3 hours.
Turn steaks every 20 minutes.
Toss steaks on the grill and cook as desired!
