Cheese Sauce

1 Tbls. margarine or butter 1 Tbls. all-purpose flour Dash pepper 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup shredded Swiss, American, or Gruyere cheese or 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
|
In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter.
Stir in flour, pepper, cheese and milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until the cheese melts.
Serve with vegetables. Makes 1 cup.
