China City Sweet and Sour Sauce Pork, Chicken or Stir Fry Sauce! |

2 1/2 cups pineapple juice 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup rice vinegar 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 6 Tbls. Corn starch 2 Tbls. crushed garlic 1 Tbls grated ginger

Mix all the ingredients together and stir over medium heat with a whisk until thick. Serve immediately.
Note: This can be stored in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Reheat in a sauce pan over low to medium heat before re-serving!
