1 lg. onion, finely chopped (in this case, size does matter) 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) 3 Tbls. apple cider vinegar 1 cup water 1 1/3 cup bottled Chili sauce, Heinz or any brand 2 Tbls. brown sugar 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 3 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 Tbls. mustard 1/2 lemon, the juice 1 can of beer, cooks choice Black pepper, to taste

The name of this BBQ sauce comes from the creek which runs along my Grandfathers farm in Mississippi.
In a saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in the butter. When the onions are transparent, add everything else.
Bring to a boil then simmer for about 15 minutes OR until you can't stand the beautiful smell.
Let it cool awhile or not, then use on your favorite grilled meats.
This is a barbecue sauce you will just NOT believe!
