Citrus Tartar Sauce
Red Onion, Fresh Dill, Dill Pickles Seeds removed, Zest of orange, Zest of lime, Zest of lemon, Capers, Salt, Pepper, Cayanne pepper
 

In a mixing bowl add 3 cups of Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of small dice of red onion, 1/4 cup of fresh dill, about 1/4 cup of bruinose cut dill pickle with seeds removed, 2 tablespoon of capers, 2 tablespoons of orange, lime, and lemon zest, a pinch of salt and pepper along with a pich of cayanne pepper, fold in and serve
