Cranberry-Orange Relish Fresh-fruit tasting sauce for Thanksgiving dinner |

one 12-oz. package fresh cranberries one seedless orange 3/4 cup to 1 cup sugar
|
Use a traditional crank-operated food grinder or grinder attachment of your electric mixer.
Cut orange into wedges and grind with cranberries, including all of the orange peel, using coarse blade. Regrind, using fine blade. Stir in sugar. Refrigerate overnight or longer. Better than any canned cranberry sauce because it's made with fresh, uncooked fruit.
