Harissa Famous Red Sauce of Morocco |

5 long red chillies 2/3 peeled cloves garlic 3 Tbls. olive oil 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds, 2 tsp. roasted coriander seeds Pinch salt
|
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend to a paste.
Store in a lidded glass jar in the refrigerator.
Harissa is used with couscous and tagines.
