Hell On Grills BBQ sauce
BBQ sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup hot sauce (Texas Pete preferably or Franks Red Hot)
1 tsp. of crushed red pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Warm at a low temperature while stirring until sugar melts and all ingredients are well blended (approx 5 min.) Allow to cool and store in fridge. Keeps forever!

Not as hot as it sounds because the sugar balances the heat.

Good on anything but especially good on grilled pork chops. Can be used for dipping or grilling. Better if allowed to sit for a few days before first use.

If used for grilling, only apply sauce during the last few minutes. Otherwise sauce will burn due to sugar content. A little goes a long way. Enjoy!
