Homemade Red Sauce

1 Onion (Use a water of it) 1 cup Red cooking Wine 1 whole garlic 1 can of whole peeled tomatoes Salt Pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder Virgin Olive Oil
|
In a large sauce pan dumped in the 1 can whole peeled tomatoes, the red cooking wine, one teaspoon garlic powder. Stir and allow to simmer. In a frying pan add the Olive oil, 1 whole garlic, and onions. Allow to cook until onions are soft. Add the items for the frying pan into the pot and mix well. Cover with lid and SIMMER for 30 min. Finally put on top of your favorite pasta and enjoy!
