1-2 cups Extra Sharp Ginger Brandy 1 16oz. can tomato paste 3 Tbls. Cumin 1 tsp. red hot pepper 2 Tbls. dill weed 1 Tbls. Onion Powder 2 Tbls. Garlic powder 1/4 cup Honey or 1/2 cup brown sugar

In a medium saucepan, combine everything except the honey/brown sugar. Heat to a low simmer and simmer 5 min, stirring often. Add more Extra Sharp Ginger Brandy as needed to thin, start with 1-1 1/2 cups and add more as needed. Remove from heat and add the honey/brown sugar. Baste Chicken or Fish before serving.
