Hot Sweet Mustard Sauce Smooth Sauce Perfect for Dipping! |

1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar 2 eggs, beaten 3 Tbls. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt
|
Mix all ingredients together well using an egg beater. Cook in double boiler stirring constantly until creamy and thickened. Do not overcook as sauce will curdle.
I like this for dipping meats, appetizers, chinese rolls, actually the list is endless.
Keeps well when covered. I've kept it for months.
