Dipping sauce for foccacia bread |

1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
|
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let set for at least four hours for maximum flavor.
When ready to serve, divide the mixture evenly in two coffee cups and place a salad plate on top of each. Flip it over and serve with warm foccacia bread.
