* The ingredient, sunflower refined oil, used in the preparation of below mentioned recipe, is a healthy vegetable oil with very little cholesterol and widely used in several tropical countries. It contains high quantity of vitamin-E and it is a combination of monounsaturated and poly unsaturated fats with low saturated fat levels. It has dietary and cardiovascular benefits and good for health.
Sour Mangoes : 4 nos Red Chilly Powder : 2 Table Spoons. Asafoetida : 1/2 Tea Spoon Mustard Seed Powder:2 Table Spoons. Turmeric Powder : 1 Tea Spoon. Fenugreek Powder : 1 Table Spoon. Mustard Seeds : 1 Table Spoon Salt : 1 Table Spoon. Peeled Garlic Bulbs : 1/2 Cup. *Refined Oil : 300 ml

1. Cut the mangoes into small pieces, add salt and set aside.
2. Add red chilly powder, mustard seed powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and peeled garlic bulbs to the mango pieces and mix well.
3. Add two spoons of oil, add mustard seeds and asafoetida and splutter. Add this to the above.
4. Add the refined oil to the above ingredients and mix thoroughly. Allow to settle for two hours before use.
