Meatless Tomato Sauce Just tomatoes and great flavor |

1 pkg grape tomatoes 6 Campari (or medium variety) tomatoes 3-5 plum tomatoes 1 package sun dried tomatoes 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
A blender or food processor 2 Tbsp olive oil salt & pepper to taste

Cut larger tomatoes in half. Arrange on cookie sheet with sun dried variety and douse with oil, salt, garlic and basil. Cook at 300* for 30-45 minutes.
At the same time, simmer smaller tomatoes in a saucepan over low heat. Crush with mixing utensil as these cook down. Poking carefully with a sharp knife may help.
Once tomatoes are all cooked down, combine both mixtures. Process in blender until smooth, then pour into saucepan and simmer until excess water evaporates and sauce is heated throughout.
Makes a fantastic spaghetti sauce!
