2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes with chipotle 1/4 onion, coarsely chopped 1 clove garlic 1/4 cup juice from pickled jalapeno jar 2 Tbsps Garlic Salt 1 Tbsp black pepper 1 lime, juiced 3 slices jalapeno peppers, or to taste 1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves

Slicin, dicin, and mixing it up, Mom's salsa is simply a must. Take this spicy, but eater friendly recipe to parties galore. They'll invite you back begging for more.
Place the canned tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, and optional jalapenos into a blender. Cover, and blend until it reaches the desired consistency. Add cilantro and pulse until combined. Pour blended salsa into a pot on stove and simmer and redce for 30 minutes.
