2 cups basil leaves 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups olive oil 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese some pine or walnuts pinch pepper 4 cloves garlic.

Chop basil, blend with all other ingredients, adding oil slowly and cheese last.
Store in jars in fridge and use for pasta dishes, etc.
