Red Hot Reiner Salsa |

2 tomatoes 1/2 onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon of oil 1/2 lb asparagus serrano chile as desired 3 reiner peppers oregano as desired the juice of half a lime salt
|
Submerge the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds. Peel them, dice them and put them in what will be your salsa bowl.
Remove the stems and tail meat from the reiner peppers, dice.
Chop up the onion, chili, asparagus and garlic and mix with the tomato.
Add the oil and the lime juice and sprinkle with oregano.
Servings: 6-8
