Sweet and Sour Fish Sauce Vietnamese Recipe! |

1/2 cup Vietnamese fish sauce (Nuoc Mam) 1 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 3 Tbls. lime juice 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1/2 tsp. Asian red chili paste or hot sauce 1/2 carrot (chopped)

Combine all the above ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
