Teriyaki Marinade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbls. lemon Juice
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, sliced thin

 

Combine all ingredients and let meat marinade for 24 - 48 hours.

This is a great way to add flavor and tenderize tougher cuts of beef or venision.
