Thai Inspired Sweet Marinade Blend of Curry Paste and Honey Sparks This One |

2 Tbls. Thai curry paste (red is hotter than green) 3 Tbls. clover honey 1 1/2 Tbls. olive Oil fresh mint
|
Tear or chop mint. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Works well as a marinade or grilling glaze for steaks, pork, or chicken. Note that the honey will begin to burn at higher temperatures.
