2 cups Pressed Yogurt 1 Cucumber 4 cloves Pressed Garlic 2 Tbls. Olive Oil 1 tsp. Vinegar Diced Dill Salt Pepper

Grate the cucumber and strain lightly using a cloth until very dry. Mix in all the other ingredients.
