ALLURING SHRIMP FRY Spicy Shrimp Fry |

500 Grams of Tiger Prawns(Shrimps). 50 Grams of Ginger-Garlic paste. 3 Spoons of Red Chilly Powder. 2 Spoons of poppy seeds. 1 spoon Turmeric powder. 6 Cloves. 4 Cardamoms. 1 Spoon black Pepper powder. Salt to Taste. 200 ml Refined Oil. 4 finely chopped Onions.

Clean the Shrimps. Apply Turmeric powder, black Pepper powder, one spoon Salt and two spoons of Oil and marinate for 20 minutes.
Take half the Onions, Cardamoms, Cloves and Poppy seeds in a bowl and grind into smooth paste.
Add Oil to a deep bottomed pan and heat. Add the remaining Onions, Ginger - Garlic paste and Red Chilly powder and fry. Add the spices paste and fry for another five minutes.
Now add the marinated Shrimps to the pan and further fry until the Oil turns up.
Add a little water, sufficient Salt and mix well. Place the lid and cook until the Shrimp are cooked well.
SPICY SHRIMP FRY IS READY.
