Fresh Snapper Fillets 1 can rotel 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
|
Lay the fresh snapper fillets in a baking dish. Drain the rotel and pour over the snapper. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top. Bake at 375 degrees F. till the cheese starts to brown. Serve hot.
