American Wild Shrimp Chilled shrimp served with coktail sauce |

2 lbs Medium or Large All American Wild Shrimp Lettuce Ketchup horseraddish Pan of Ice water

The Shrimp Boil shrimp in large soup pot until pink (about 4 minutes). Cool shrimp in a pan of ice water for about 3 minutes. Peel and devein shrimp leaving only the end of the tail on.
The Sauce Mix in a bowl 1cup ketchup 3 tablespoons horseradish and the juice of 1 lemon.
Presentation On a bed of lettuce, place a crystal bowl, which will contain the cocktail sauce. Hang shrimp over the rim of the bowl.
This is an easy recipe, which is great for entertaining guests before a meal.
