Bahmi Goreng - Shrimp with Fried Noodles |

11 oz. Chinese noodles 11 oz. pork, minced 7 oz. sausages, sliced 2 oz. shrimp, peeled and cooked 2 oz. ham, sliced 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 4 oz. bean sprouts 4 oz. baby corns 4 oz. Endive 1 bunch of celery, chopped fresh chives, cut oil 1 tsp. ground ginger salt 3/4 tsp. white pepper 1 tbsp. Ketjap manis 1 lemon (optional)

1. Cook the noodles according to the directions of the package.
2. Make little balls of the minced pork and fry this together with the saugsages in a wok or frying pan. Then add the cooked noodles and stir-fry. Now add all the vegetables, soy sauce, shrimp, ham, and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir-fry until it is thoroughly hot.
3. Serve on a plate. Add soy sauce, Sambal Oelek, or Sambal Manis to taste.
