Baked Fish Fillets Trout Works Great! |

1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter paprika
|
Dip fillets into mixture of milk and salt. Coat with a mixture of Parmesan cheese and crumbs. Arrange in a baking dish, drizzle with butter, sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 525 degrees F. for about 12 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.
