Baked Fish
1 1/4 lbs. Fish Fillets
Sprinkle of Salt
Sprinkle of Pepper

2 medium tomatoes sliced

1/8 tsp. Sweet Basil
1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp. Salt. (Easy on the Salt)
1 cup grated mozarella/cheddar cheese (combination)

 

Arrange fillets in baking dish large enough to hold single layer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay tomato slices over fillets.

Mix basil, garlic powder, and salt together. Sprinkle over tomato slices. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered, in 425 Degree F. oven for 10 - 12 minutes until fish flakes when tested with fork.
