Baked Halibut
Yummy!!
4 halibut fillets (about 2x2x1 in.)
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup juice of lemon
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 cup bread crumbs
salt, pepper, and dried dillweed to taste

 

In an 8x8 baking dish, melt butter. Add lemon juice and mix together. Put bread crumbs, onion powder, salt and pepper in bowl or small plastic sack.

Dip halibut in butter mixture covering all surfaces, dip into bread crumbs, making sure all surfaces are coated. Arrange in baking dish leaving a little room between each piece. Use a little more dried dillweed on top.

Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn over and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes.

Serve with lemon, favorite tartar sauce or seafood sauce.
