5 lb frozen salmon (I like Keta Salmon) tin foil/aluminum foil 1 Lemon salt pepper olive oil
|
remove fish from freezer rinse fish stuff fish with lemon slices/chunks coat fish with olive oil salt fish pepper fish wrap fish in foil cook fish at 350 for 3.5-4 hours check fish by cutting into the thickest part . If the meat is opaque, preferably pink and flaky, it's done. Serve soon, as salmon will continue t0 cook in foil.
