Blackened Red Snapper with Crab Reoulete
Fresh Gulf Snapper with a creamy Crab Sauce
Gulf Red Snapper (4) Pieces
Minced Galic
Tony's Seasoning
Sugar
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 Cup of Mustard
Evaporated Milk 1/2 Cup
4 Slices of Amearican Cheese
4 Halves of Imitation Crab Meat
1/3 Cup of Cream of Mushroom
1 parsley leaf
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 bellpepper
1 onion

 

Take 4 halves of fresh gulf Snapper and season with Tony's seasoning. Rub with mimnced garlic and mustard. Sprinkle sugar on each side of snapper. Melt butter in skillet until hot. Sire the snapper until both sides are blackened. To prepare the sauce, add oil until hot. Put in onions, bellpepper, and crabmeat, and sautee for 2 minutes. Once done, add milk and bring to a slight boil. Once mixture is to a simmer, add cream of mushroom and cheese. Mix until thickend and allow to cool for minutes. Plate Snapper and pour mixture over Fish and top with parsley. Serves 4
