Broiled Mackerel with Mustard Sauce

2 large or 4 small mackerel (3 lbs.) 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. prepared mustard Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper
|
Wash the fish quickly in cold water and place on a greased broiler rack. Combine the remaining ingredients and brush on fish. Broil under medium heat for 8-12 minutes, brushing with sauce several times during the broiling.
