CAT FISH SPECIAL CATFISH FILLET ROAST |

The Freshwater catfish Wallago grows to considerably big size. Common in the freshwater rivers and lakes of India, Pakistan, Burma, and Afghanistan. It is a good game fish.
Cat fish fillets: 2(1/2 lb each) Corn flour : 3 Table spoons Ginger garlic Paste:1 Table spoon Red Chilly Powder : 2 Table spoons Lemon juice: 2 spoons Turmeric Powder : 1 Tea spoon Egg white : Of two eggs Mustard paste : 1 Table spoon Salt : As required Refined oil : 300 ml

1. Wash the fish fillets.
2. Add all the ingredients ( Except oil ) together and prepare a thick batter.
3. Transfer the fish fillets in to the batter and allow to settle.
4. Boil refined oil in a shallow pan and transfer the marinated fish fillets in to the boiling oil and fry on medium flame until dark brown.
Serve Hot along with Onion-Vegetables Salad
