1lb. Large (Jumbo)Shrimp, Deveined, butterflied 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil 1 1/2 cup White Wine,(Rhine first choice, Chablis second) 1 stick butter 1/4 cup dried parsley leaves 4 chicken bouillon cubes 2 Tbls. granulated garlic 1 cup Cooked Long Grain Rice 6 ounces water 3 Tbls. lemon juice

What You Do, Shash! First you put them Olive Oil, into a WOK, which is over them fire, and heat! Second, you put them butter into them Olive Oil, which is over them fire, and heat some more! When them Sauce is hot, them Butter melted n’ stirred with them Olive Oil , add them Chicken Bouillon Cubes, dissolved in 6 ounces of water, heated in them Microwave on high for 1 minute, n’ stir! Then stir some more! Next add them Granulated Garlic and stir some more! Finally, (the best part) add them Wine, goody goody, watch ‘em foam, and stir! Now add them Parsley Leaves, n’stir until all is mixed real good, and hot, steaming hot, then throw in them Shrimp, watch carefully, stirring a lot, then when them shrimps are orange. Turn off them fire, get them rice ready by putting them on a plate and pouring them Scampi over the top, n’ pig out.... for you Shash!
