Canned Salmon with Capers & Spices Cold Salad |

1 6oz. can skinless salmon 1 slice kosher dill pickle, chopped 2 tsp. capers 2 Tbls. chopped onion or 1 tsp. onion powder 2 Tbls. mayonaise 1 Tbls. dried, chopped hot bannana peppers 1 tsp. sea salt
|
Use premium canned salmon. Drain salmon and combine with the above listed ingredients. Dried pepper seeds are not as good. Use chipolte or other hot dried peppers using the flesh not the seeds.
Put over salad greens or eat as is.
